Peter Anderson is in a remote part of Arizona to do an interview about the lights over the state. His driver is an odd Russian fellow that goes by the name BOB. In an effort to get the real story, Peter has his heart set on breaking and entering into the cabin of the man who has “proof beyond question” that UFO’s are real and that they are a threat to humanity. As it turns out, BOB has lots of contacts that he calls cousins to help them out of almost every situation the two become embroiled in, and there are a lot!
